E4000 SERIES
AxleTech is developing a complete line of e-axles. The e4000 axle incorporates an electric motor that covers a wide range of payloads, while also meeting global on-highway and off-highway vehicle requirements. The e4000 axle is designed to handle high torque at low or zero RPM, which is necessary in electric vehicle applications.
E5000 SERIES
AxleTech’s new product line, the eSeries, is focused on serving the growing electric powertrain market. eSeries axles incorporate an electric motor that covers a wide range of payloads, while also meeting global on-highway and off-highway vehicle requirements. The new eSeries product line is designed to handle high torque at low or zero RPM, which is necessary in electric vehicle applications.

ELECTRIC WHEEL END
AxleTech is offering a new planetary wheel end specifically designed for electric drivetrain systems to produce extremely low noise, while delivering high strength, high efficiency, and long product life.
It is available as an independent module or as part of the range of AxleTech’s electric axles, which incorporate many motor configurations. This wheel end is a compelling solution for the ever-increasing electrification of on-highway and off-highway vehicles.

AXLETECH & WRIGHTSPEED E-AXLE
AxleTech partnered with Wrightspeed on a custom axle incorporating Wrightspeed's proprietary GTD™ Power Unit (Geared Traction Drive), which delivers greater power to the wheels through a quiet electric motor. Wrightspeed’s complete powertrain system features regenerative braking and a range-extending turbine generator, the Fulcrum™, which enables heavy-duty electric vehicles to operate as efficiently as possible. The custom AxleTech-Wrightspeed solution is suitable for on-highway applications, including class 8 refuse collection trucks and class 7 transit buses.
PROTERRA DUOPOWER™
Proterra designed and developed an innovative drivetrain system for its Catalyst® E2 electric bus and worked with AxleTech for its engineering and manufacturing expertise, resulting in a drivetrain with optimal operating and packaging efficiency. The fully-integrated powertrain with new 2-speed gearboxes is a major contributing factor in achieving a 20% efficiency improvement over the previous generation powertrain. Proterra recently set the world record for the longest distance traveled by an electric vehicle on a single charge: 1,101.2 miles.
